Eileen’s Bio

Eileen Hannigan is a founding member of the Board of Directors and the current Secretary.

 

Eileen has been teaching in independent schools in the Chicago area for twenty-five years. Currently, she teaches Academic Strategies at Sacred Heart Schools, where she is also a Middle School Advisor and a member of the Student Services Team. Eileen enjoys being one of the faculty advisors for the social action group SOAP (Service/Outreach/Advocacy/Philanthropy), and endeavors to support the goal to educate to a social awareness which impels to action. Eileen earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master of Arts in Learning Disabilities at Northwestern University.
